its been 6 months of my delivery and my baby is on breastfeeding only. i didnt get period till date what to do pls advice

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hai good morning !! Post delivery periods starts after 5-8 months generally but varies from person to person depending on mode of delivery, body type, harmonal factors, haemoglobin level.
For c-section delivery it takes 5-8 months.
Don't worry consult your Gynaecologist and discuss about contraceptive methods as there are high chances of getting pregnancy post delivery .
//Have more water, balanced diet with calcium, iron rich foods.
