its been 5 months since my delivery and I have not got my periods yet ,do I need to consult a doctor?

A. in such casee.just check that the UPTis negative. and if it is then try to just wait.You can do a urine pregnancy test as that will clear the picture. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydrates
