its almost a year for my baby n my delivery was cesarean n now after 1year I'm getting leg pain n back pain what should I do my legs are gone thin n my whole body weight my legs can't take it plse help me with some exercises so that I can loose my upper weight of my body

A. hi mom u should start doing yoga under guidance of proper trainer so that u do exercise properly .. take protein rich diet ... take calcium and vit d supplements
