its almost 45 days postpartum vaginal delivery. but still having bleeding. is this normal ? what are the cause and remedy

A. not to worry about that bleeding may continue for more 10 to 15 days also just maintain good nutritious diet and adequate water intake and have proper sleep whenever baby is sleeping to maintain good health
