It happens when the temperature rises the body feels dehydrated abd thirsty so we drink more water but include fruits and vegetables with high water content in diet like coconut water melons gourds spinach cucumber onions nimbu paani abd avoid giving liquids at meal times

In between meals keep offering healthy snacks or healthy fluids.
