It’s safe to drink hot water while breast feeding any doubt to lesser breast milk

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, it's safe, n will not reduce breast milk secretion. take Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.
