Q.

It’s my 15 week going on and at 12 week I had a cerclage doctor told it’s short cervix 3.3 cm.. so does meaning of bedrest means you can’t walk and sit?? And can I sit cross legged???

A. yes avoid unnecessary. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionbetter to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can.

A. No It doesn’t mean anything like that a little bit you can do just to get out of the bed or you know sit in reclining position that would be a better thing to go for other than Settings day I did that reclining position also you can keep Your legs crossed that’s completely fine but don’t exert yourself this is what they are trying to say and if you have any doubt about it then you clear it with your gynaecologist once
