Q.
It's been more than 2 months since my c section delivery. The stomach is still bigger. Can you please help with ways to reduce stomach? Tying tight cloth over stomach can help at this time?

Matter when you tie,tying a cloth won’t reduce the tummy fat.
After 6 months of surgery you need to start doing abdominal and toning exercises along with portion control

See you have to reduce it with a proper workout only and that too when your internal stage heal completely and you can do diet when you quit breastfeeding but currently there is no solution to that because C-sections the Jessica lot of time to heal send this case right now even if you die o’clock it is not going to help
