Q.
It's been more than 2 months since my c section delivery. The stomach is still bigger. Can you please help with ways to reduce stomach? Tying tight cloth over stomach can help at this time?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Hello dear No Matter when you tie,tying a cloth won’t reduce the tummy fat. After 6 months of surgery you need to start doing abdominal and toning exercises along with portion control

See you have to reduce it with a proper workout only and that too when your internal stage heal completely and you can do diet when you quit breastfeeding but currently there is no solution to that because C-sections the Jessica lot of time to heal send this case right now even if you die o’clock it is not going to help
