Q.

it's been 3 month since my delivery ,but I am still suffering from constipation and bcoz of that I have pain in my rectal, sometimes there is little blood in my stool, Also I have constant pain on legs especially on knees. plz provide some solution

A. Hello mom For constipation you should start taking papaya regularly. Papaya is full of fibre which also help in passing stool easily. And you should also start taking dry dates regularly. And you should also add 1 teaspoon of honey with warm water once in a day in your regular diet all these things will help you to maintain your digestion issues Happy parenting
