Q.

It's been 3 days my daughter 11 month old have fever. As per doc advise on have given paracetamol to her. can I continue to give her paracetamol.

A. yes continue Any temperature above 100 F is fever in babies Always measures temperature in armpits only. No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F. If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion Treat that accordingly as per ur pediatricians advice. Keep ur baby well hydrated. Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day. Visit ur pediatrician once.

A. No If it has been more than three days and still the fever is there not subsiding well then you do need to re-consult your paediatrician because in the fever can be due to various reasons it could be viral infection or anything else so further investigation would definitely be required now
