It has been around 3 months for my normal delivery and I am completely breastfeeding. Lochia stopped at around 40 days. But now again bleeding started at 3 months. Is it period blood or something else?

A. No that is regular period that you have started with now because after your first delivery period once you resume with your period again again next time maybe after a month or so whatever timing your regular period cycle has started
