Q.
It has been 45 days since my wife delivery (caesarean section), but she is not getting enough breast milk which would be sufficient for baby feed. could you please guide us tips for the improvement of breast milk.

Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children3 years agoA. drinking milk twice or thrice in a day and having easy to digest food will definitely help also you can consult gynecologist for lactose granules available in the market it has increased secretion and there should not be any stress to lactic mother and should keep herself well hydrated should take a lot of rest
