is top feed of 70 ml fine to give for 3 month baby boy his weight is 7 kg

A. Hello dear parent! Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. There should be a minimum weight gain of 400gms to 500gms in a month. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Good luck and take care.
