Q.

after pregnancy (08.10.21) my waight is now 70 kg. when I conceive I was 60 kg..for which time I was go for waight loss? my baby depend on brest feed...any top feed for some time...

A. If you had a vaginal delivery then you can start working out after six weeks of delivery itself but don’t overdo the exercises. If you want you can also do brisk walking without any portion control until the babies breast-feeding. If you had him is it in section then after eight weeks you can do brisk walking but no rigorous exercise until six monthsWrite Your Answer Here

A. So As of now you should just focus on eating well and feeding the child because right now you cannot go for any kind of dieting so you have to focus well on eating right now and once you stop breastfeeding the child then you can go ahead with any kind of dieting as well as exercising
