is this the normal looking of teeth coming out... and what is the reason of upper teeth coming first

Yes this seems completely normal there is no problem in this this is very natural process so need not worry about it and there is no logic behind by the upper teeth is coming first because there is no rule or pattern in which the teeth are going to come for different kids it happens different way
