Is this some insect bite or skin allergy?

this appears to be some type of allergy.
anti allergic medicines has to be given to the child and you have to find the cause of allergy
do not give any type allergic food and do not apply any type of powder or lotion which might aggravate this allergy
kindly give plenty of fluids to the child and then meet your doctor for examination

Other than the mosquito bite it is looking like some kind of other allergy infection so you should check with your doctor to be more clear about it and accordingly they can help you what you can apply on the skin currently I can only advise you to apply coconut oil or calamine lotion
