is this positive or negative result of pregnancy...plz help me

Im Not able to see that picture actually that You must have sent along with your question so I do not know but I can only tell you if you can see the second line even faintly visible then there could be a very much chance that you are pregnant so you either check it yourself or you can get a blood test done that we will get a surety about it
