Is this positive or negative can any one tell me .but the line which faint occurred exactly at 4 minutes

This is negative because the faint line should be visible at least in this case the line is absolutely not visible which is why I’m going to advise you that if you are expecting a pregnancy by then you should definitely go for an ultrasound with your doctor once
