Is this an allergy or something else ? I don’t understand. Please someone tell me

anti allergic medicines has to be given to the child and you have to find the cause of allergy
do not give any type allergic foodd and do not apply any type of powder or lotion which might aggravate this allergy
kindly give plenty of fluids to the child and then meet your doctor for examination

yes it could be
or it can be insect bites or fungal infection
so if child is feeling discomfort,if it is increasing please visit your pediatrician
