Okay it’s just try these 23 home remedies I would just like to suggest you you can give nebulisation with saline water so you’re not using medicines secondly you can give a pinch of black pepper and turmeric to the child with little bit of warm water to to your child 5 to 6 times in the day that’s going to be beneficial you can mix some chopped raw garlic into mustard oil bring it to a heating point cooled down to normal temperature a little warm and just massage it on the chest and feet of your child

Cough along with Cold and fever most of the time is a  viral illness or allergic and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration needs to be maintained. you can give steam inhalation which may be useful .
cough needs to be treated with medicine like anti allergic  expectorant bronchodilators antitussives or cough suppresents medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough and need.
In severe cough nebulisation can be given where medicine directly gets dilivered in the respiratory tract.hii
