is there any scientific reason for not giving salt and sugar till baby turns 1 year old???

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. No you can add little sugar and salt around 7 months of age but keep quantity less as the internal organs of the baby are developing so give in very small quantity
