Sonam PatelMom of a 7 m old girl3 months agoA. Hey, recently saw an app called Parent Genee. It's helpful in limiting the usage of apps. You can link your kids device to your device and you can limit screen time. You can block apps as well which you don't want the kid to use. It may help you solve your issue.

Let the child be physically active and try to enrol your child in some good physical sports and activity. Communicate more effectively with your child. Good luck and take care.
