Is the vitamin b complex syrup cause irritability in toddlers and the effect of this syrup on appetite

A. Hi B complex syrup helps to give energy to baby. It doesnot cause irritability Excess sugar consumption in form of Biscuits, chocolates , sugary drinks may cause baby to become irritable
