Is physiological teat is good for baby's oral and dental development or it harm the even development of teeths? Which one is good?

no you can give silicon teething rings to your baby to chew on.
this will help in eruption of teeth.
otherwise gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to increase blood circulation and hasten the eruption process.
