Is lip tie causes overbite?And while my smiling is upper part is visible but for babies gum will not be seen while crying or laughing.why for my baby is gum is visible is lip tie is the reason ?

A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it propevcrly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...
