is it safe to give sugar and salt to my baby while feeding externally?

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. No no well we know sugar is refined by lot of chemical processes which may be harmful to children even adults. Excess sugar may cause caries and tooth decay in children and unwanted obsetiy. Instead replace with natural sweeteners like jaggery or palm candy.
