is it safe to feed baby lactogen as i have low milk supply?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, more you breastfeed more will be the milk supply. So, ensure that baby is exclusively breastfed. Foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase milk supply.
Have lots of fluids and water. Don’t be stressed as it will reduce the milk supply.
