A. if a child swallows larger amount of toothpaste the excessive fluoride can damage tooth enamel and cause dental fluorosis which cause white stains on teeth so avoid swallowing toothpaste by kids otherwise it is good to fight with cavities in kids.

A. Yes, but it's not heavy content. a lighter flouride tooth paste may be preferable
