Is it possible to have sudden drop in milk supply,? my baby is3month old If that,please help me

A. Have you done any dietary alterations? Because sometimes these things can also be a reason along with that also I would recommend you that you should start taking some lactation supplement like when you fenugreek capsules that should be helpful for you
