Q.

is it possible to feed a baby directly from breast and by bottle of expressed breast milk? how to avoid nipple confusion?

A. it is always better to take help from your lactation expert who will recommend you various methods for improvement. It is completely related to hormones and the signal sent to the brain so it is very important to stay positively motivagdted.medicines are not of much help.if there is pain you can apply cold press locally and take Dolo tablet which is safe.
