Is it okay to give 9 month old baby salt and sugar?? Kindly guide me...

Sugar is refined by lot of chemical processes which may be harmful to children.
Excess sugar may cause caries andtooth decay in children.

you can give ghee butter cheese in moderate amount for taste
you can use natural sweetener as dates syrup jaggery fruits Puree
