Q.

Is it ok if my mesural cycle elongates upto 35 days after delivery of my baby? my cycle started from 6th month after birth of my baby.

A. Yes it’s fine no need to worry as it might be due to lactation so it’s fine and focus on eating a healthy nutritious diet and start some walking in your daily routine and include seasonal fruits and vegetables in diet and have protein all meals
