Is it normal to increase uric acid during breastfeeding? If not then what can I do to decrease it ..

To reduce the levels of uric acid first thing is to have good amount of water intake,
apart from that avoid purine rich foods such as red meat fsh , sea food , poultry , sugar etc
include good amount of seasonal fruits and vegetables , and whole grains as well,
