Q.

is it normal to have one side severe headache in 36th week of pregnancy? i am having this headache from 3 days and i have to take two times painkiller once a day. please suggest what to do.

A. if the pain is more continuous better to get the blood pressure checked for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. Headaches tend to be more common in the first and third trimesters, but they can occur in the second trimester as well. While there are common causes for headaches during pregnancy, it's important to note that headaches during the second and third trimester can also be due to high blood pressure, called preeclampsia.
