is it necessary to tie the stomach after cesarean section delivery. What happens if we do not tie the stomach after delivery

No it is not necessary it’s one personal choice and it does not matter whether it is a C-section or a normal delivery it is just suggested because this kid becomes very loose when you deliver and the skin becomes very hanging sweet protect protect your skin from hanging which is why is suggested to be used
