is it necessary to give newborn baby vitamin d drops

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. Yes, it is very much necessary to get vitamin D medication until one year of age for the baby starting from newborn stage. Mothers milk usually doesn’t have vitamin D so a baby will be in deficiency and also will not have exposure to sun.
