NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby compltes 6 months and you cannot be giving your child ny fruits or food till then and musambi being citric cannot be given to the child till it compltes one year and if bm is not sufficient then you may give infant formula milk stage 1 as an alternative
