is it good to give castor oil to babies below 1 year age to avoid constipation in mother feed cases

to avoid constipation diet modification will help.
Give more fiber-rich fruits and vegetables and drinking more water will help in constipation.

if not necessary please avoid it
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi Vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
