Is it better to eat ice cream at night?

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello it really depends on the weather and also since you are having a small baby it would be better to avoid eating ice cream in the night especially and in the daytime if the weather is hot then you can have in small quantity but if it is affecting the baby then you will have to avoid it
