Q.

Is it advisable to start giving any immunity booster medicine for kids ?? I feel my daughter is not getting enough nutrients through her food as she is very picky , kindly suggest any immunity booster as I am worried regarding the situation right now

A. diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child. you should give iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for healthy growth and immunity

A. Hi In the current situation you can give vitamin C supplement to your child but as I always would like to tell you that most of the times paediatrician say that you should only be giving a supplement if they advised to go for it so it would be better that you talk to your paediatrician before you start giving any kind of supplement to your child
