is honey good for babies after 6 months?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Not safe, This is because honey can, very occasionally, contain a spore of a bacterium called clostridium botulinum. This can cause a rare form of food poisoning (botulism) in babies.

Honey to be given to the baby once the baby completes one year.
As ur baby is 9 months old, do not give now.. It can cause infant botulism.
