is honey allowed for 6 month old baby?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. not allowed till 1 year. because honey can, very occasionally, contain a spore of a bacterium called clostridium botulinum. This can cause a rare form of food poisoning (botulism) in babies.
