ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes, but after 1 year,, Don't give your baby any honey before she's a year old, even if it's to treat a cough. This is because honey can, very occasionally, contain a spore of a bacterium called clostridium botulinum. This can cause a rare form of food poisoning (botulism) in babies.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Honey is not recommended for the babies below one year. It can cause infant botulism. Once ur baby completes one year then u can give honey to ur baby. Take care and all the best
