Is hand flapping common in babies? My daughter is 1year 6 months old. He responds to her name and follows our simple command. But sometimes she does flapping when she is crying or excited. Is it normal or should we be concerned

A. do not worry if other milestones of baby are normal according to age, you should just wait and watch but in case of further queries you need to consult doctor so as to examine the child to give correct guidance. the achievement of milestones in different babies in the particular age group main vary anud some may show earlyp as per age while at the same time soome may have it delayed but they achieve according to their growth pattern you can give a positive environment to your baby for achieving the milestone on time and get an assessment done additionally from your doctor to clear your doubts.
