Q.
is giving milk to girls good? we hear milk is adulterated and not good for children. we shifted to A2 Organic milk. is that safe to give for children?

Normal milk are also good just make sure u r getting from right source even A2 milk is good for the children
Apart from milk u can include soya, tofu, beans oats, eggs, curd, almond milk or oats milk or soy milk too

Yes It is completely safe to be given to the child any kind of milk can be given because whatever we are eating in general also is adulterated it is not only about Milk so if you think that or organic milk is going to be good for the child and you continue with that it’s absolutely fine
