is diapers useful for newborn baby's?

When You make your child sleep then definitely it is useful for 3 to 4 hours when your child is sleeping peacefully diapers are going to cover up everything and when they even get where they will not make up suddenly so it’s good in a way to use diapers and the child a sleeping
