Is cow milk is good for breast feeding mom if not then which milk is best for mom of a 6 month baby

A. You Can I have cows milk or buffalo’s milk full cream milk any milk that you want to have it is completely your choice it is good for breastfeeding mother definitely but it is not for good no not good for a child to be given before the age of one year a mother can have any kind of mail that she is comfortable with
