is cow milk good for the 8 months babies?

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. It is recommended to introduce cow or Buffalo milk in baby's diet once he/she turns 1 year old as by then their immunity and digestive system develop for outside milk. Till then, either breastfeed or give formula milk only. Also, when giving cow milk for the first time, dilute it with some water to make it easier to digest.
