hello actually yes it is very much common like when the milk is filled it will lead to pain so you have to feed your baby exclusively take good hot fermentation bathing especially to the breast part while taking bath and also express your milk little

it may be there because of duct blockage further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for  more hudetails if required .
