use saline nasal drops six hrly.
use a steamer or humidifier in room.
apply noble cold ointment over baby clothing and bedding.
once consult your paediatrician

Booger Is normal only if the nose is having a blockage or something so you can just check for that if it is there then you can just ask your doctor there are two is available in the market this is very easily with which you can clean it so just can you check with your doctor 1
